Welcome to TomBolles.com.  I've designed this site to be simple and straightforward.  Here one can perform property searches, compare towns and schools, check on current mortgage rates and calculate mortgage payments.  I update the site with market reports showing all the significant trends in the Marin real estate market. There are also links to current open house guides, as well as to Frank Howard Allen’s “Home Alert”.  Through Home Alert you can sign up to receive automatic emails that keep you up to date on houses that fit your specifications.

Click on any of the links to the left to proceed to your topic of interest.  Of course, charts and graphs do not begin to describe microclimates or the personality of various neighborhoods.  I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about anything related to Marin.  My parents lived in Fairfax, San Anselmo, and Ross.  I grew up spending summers in Kentfield,  Tiburon, and San Anselmo.  I’ve raised a family in Kentfield and Larkspur.  And I’ve remodeled houses in Kentfield, San Anselmo, and San Rafael.  I know Marin.
